Prof. Christoffer Clemmensen
Prof. Christoffer Clemmensen Christoffer Clemmensen is Associate Professor and Group Leader at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research, University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on the neuroendocrine and molecular mechanisms that govern energy homeostasis and body-weight regulation, and on translating these mechanisms into new therapeutic strategies for obesity and metabolic disease. His group combines integrative rodent physiology, molecular and systems neuroscience, pharmacology, omics and translational approaches.
